Placing an order on our website is easy. Simply browse through our collection using the menu lists provided. When you find an item you would like to purchase, click on the item, select the correct size and quantity and click 'add to bag'. From here you can choose to 'continue shopping' or 'checkout now'. The next stage is to check the items selected in your shopping bag to make sure all the information is correct. If you are happy with your selections, click 'go to checkout'. From here you can either select to pay by PayPal, sign in if you're an existing customer or create a new account if you're a new customer. Simply input the information requested and follow the easy steps to finish placing your order.

Promotions & Discounts

Entering a promotional code is very easy. When you have finished your shopping simply press the 'check out now' button then enter your code in the box provided to receive your discount.
The promotional codes must be entered exactly how they are published, please make sure no added spaces or characters have been entered, and the code has not expired. We do not have control over any promotional codes which have been supplied by third parties.

Our standard delivery will take 2-5 working days to arrive. If ordered before 2:30pm, items can be delivered the next working day with a surcharge unless ordered on a weekend or bank holiday, in which case the order will be processed the following working day and delivered one day later.

Returns and Refunds

Instructions are provided within every order. Please refer to our returns policy as well.
All items can be refunded when returned within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure return items are in the same condition as received.
You may return items free of charge within 30 days of purchase.
